All "In-stock" jewelry is typically shipped in 1 to 2 business days.

If:

1. You have a valid US Postal Service verified address

Custom-made or is made to order items (depending on complexity) typically ship in 1 to 3 weeks.

IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE INFORMATION, YOU PROVIDE WE WILL CONTACT YOU. THIS MAY CAUSE A DELAY IN SHIPPING YOUR ORDER.ALSO BE AWARE!! All returns must be made within 14 days of the item's receipt.

Return Procedure:

Refer to the procedures below or contact our Customer Service Department for this information.

If you are unable to contact us by phone regarding a return, please write to us using the form at our contact page.

The RMA number authorizes and initiates the return process. Unauthorized items without an RMA number may be returned to the sender with additional fees required.

Please note: An RMA number is not a guarantee of refund or a reflection of any other information and will expire within five (5) days of the issue date. Please be sure all returned items are postmarked within this period.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Please, do not accept packages that show extensive damage or tampering. If an item was damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be handled through the carrier. All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is in new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any of the above listed attributes. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking.

We cannot accept items that show any indication of use. Misinformation provided by the customer is solely the liability of the customer.

Shipping costs do not qualify for a refund. Items that that have been engraved or re-sized (even by us) or modified in any way cannot be returned.

Special orders are also non-returnable.

Return Instructions:

1. Satisfy all the above requirements.

2. Complete the Returns form to obtain an RMA Number (This initiates the process and authorizes the return.) You may also request email confirmation of the RMA number received.

3. Whenever possible. place the items being returned, a copy of the invoice, and all the original packaging in the return package.

4. Please indicate a reason for your return on the RMA. Your feedback is important to us!

5. PACKAGES MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR ADDRESS BELOW

6. You must apply postage to the returned package. We strongly recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package.

7. Insurance is also recommended for the full value of the jewelry purchase price, so you can protect yourself against loss or damage.

Once your jewelry is received, it will be processed within 1-2 business days.

A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item.

Once the adjustment has been made to your account, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.

Please note: We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or that were not sent in accordance with the information provided by our Customer Service Department. Please follow all instructions as given to ensure your package arrives at our location.
